Returns & Refunds

All Be Prepared Merch products are custom-made and fulfilled on demand. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, duplicate orders, or change of mind. Size charts are provided on every product page — please review them carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is the wrong item, we will make it right with a free replacement. Replacements are our standard resolution. Refunds are issued solely at our discretion and only in cases where a replacement cannot be fulfilled.

To submit a claim, contact us at contact@bepreparedvr.com within 14 days of your delivery date with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and the issue

Claims submitted after 14 days will not be eligible for resolution. Be Prepared Merch reserves the right to determine whether a submitted issue qualifies under this policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, Be Prepared Merch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local carrier or check with neighbors before reaching out to us.
